New Orleans Musical Legends Park honors some of New Orleans' most legendary performers: Al Hirt, Pete Fountain, Fats Dominio, Chris Owens, Ronnie Kole, Louis Prima, and Allen Toussaint.

Throughout the Park, life-size bronze statues of the legends watch over young aspiring performers as they develope their craft. The youngsters, from local schools, find that the Park is a warm and friendly venue. Then too, local musicians are often on hand to provide encouragement, and a tip or two.

During festival time, which is 'most all of the time in New Orleans, the Park is a great place to meet friends.
