Larry McKinley, a cofounder of New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, a radio personality, and music promoter was posthumously honored for his dedication to the New Orleans Musical Legend Park. The award was presented to McKinley's grandson by Kitsy Adams of the Musical Legends Park Foundation.
